These terms govern your use of Stackd ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Stackd is a personal productivity tool for tracking your own deal and commission data. You agree not to:
You own all data you enter into Stackd. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter and for using any AI-generated content appropriately and in accordance with your employer's policies.
Stackd uses AI to generate suggested dispute messages and other content. This content is provided as a starting point only and does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any AI-generated message. Stackd accepts no liability for the outcome of any communication sent based on AI-generated suggestions.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.
7-day refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@wearestackd.net and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days from the date of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under local law.
The Service is provided "as is". Commission calculations are based solely on the data you enter — always verify important financial figures independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
