Getting started
How do I create an account?
Go to wearestackd.net/app, click "Sign up", enter your name, email, and a password. You'll be signed in immediately and taken straight to your dashboard.
What is a comp plan and why do I need one?
Your comp plan stores your commission rate and quota target. Stackd uses these to automatically calculate what you should be earning on every deal you log, and to track your progress toward your target. You only need to set it up once — it applies to every deal after that.
Can I use Stackd alongside my company's CRM?
Absolutely — that's exactly how it's designed. Stackd is your personal record, completely separate from your company's systems. You log your own deals manually, which means no IT approvals, no integrations, and no access issues.
Deals and commissions
How does Stackd calculate my expected commission?
Simple: deal value × your commission rate. If you close a $20,000 deal at 8%, Stackd records your expected commission as $1,600. This is calculated automatically the moment you log the deal, using your default rate unless you enter a different one for that specific deal.
What does "disputed" status mean?
When you mark a deal as disputed, Stackd surfaces it in your alerts section and calculates the gap between what you expected and what you received. You can then use the "Draft dispute message" feature to generate a professional email to send to your manager.
Can I edit a deal after saving it?
You can delete deals using the ✕ button on any deal row. Full inline deal editing is coming in an upcoming update — for now, delete and re-log if you need to make a change.
How do I export my deals?
Click "Export CSV" on your dashboard. This downloads a spreadsheet of all your deals including expected commission, amount received, and gaps — useful for your own records or conversations with your manager.
Privacy and security
Can my employer see my Stackd data?
No. Stackd is a personal app and your data is completely private to your account. We never share user data with employers or third parties. Your data is protected by row-level security — meaning at the database level, no other user can access your records.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot your password?", enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. Click the link and you'll be taken to a page to set a new password.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in the EU West region, with encryption at rest and in transit. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Billing
Is Stackd free to start?
Yes. The Free plan lets you log up to 5 deals per month with full gap detection and quota tracking — no credit card required. You only upgrade when you want unlimited deals or the AI dispute and career coaching features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel at any time from your settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all paid plans. If you subscribe and decide Stackd isn't right for you within the first 7 days, email us at <="mailto:support@wearestackd.net">support@wearestackd.net and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hassle. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account until you actively delete it. Cancelling your subscription downgrades you to the Free plan — your deals and history remain accessible, you just lose access to Pro features like unlimited deals and AI dispute messages.
